JAFtech offers services to our customers, which in many cases have made the difference between a successful project and one with difficulties.
We will assist our customers in their evaluation of projects by:

  • Preparing labeled photometric lighting designs using new Jaftech fixtures with light level assessment and point-to-point information.

  • Developing solutions for solving problem lighting conversions where asbestos exists.

  • Designing custom retrofit and de-lamping kits for specialty fixtures such as air-handling recessed lighting.

  • Identifying fixtures that are not cost effective to retrofit due to age or inefficiency.

  • Pointing out master/satellite ballast opportunities (having more than one fluorescent fixture powered with a single ballast) for additional cost savings.

  • Recommending de-lamping opportunities where the existing fixture's lumen output exceeds light levels current requirements.

    Working jointly with Energy Service Companies (ESCO's), Engineers, lighting specifiers, retrofitters and end users to assure successful projects by:

  • Providing lighting retrofit kit specification assistance.

  • Aiding our customers to achieve their installation cost targets.

  • Providing a North America wide toll-free customer help line for technical support or product information at 1-888-JAFtech (523-8324).

  • Providing custom project box labelling.

  • Arranging direct to site shipping anywhere in North America.

  • Minimizing on-site labor costs by shipping completely assembled fixtures and retrofit kits with color-coded leads, installation hardware and detailed installation instructions.
