JAFtech Manufacturing Ltd. warrants that fixtures sold will, upon shipment, be free of defects of workmanship or material under normal and proper usage. Should any failure to conform to this warranty become apparent during the warranty period (Five years after the date of shipment), other than ballast and lamps, which are covered under the ballast and lamp manufacturer's warranty, which is five (5) years for most ballasts and 10,000 hours for compact fluorescent lamps (CFL) and 24,000+ hours for linear fluorescent lamps, however, JAFtech will assist our customers in their efforts to satisfy ballast and lamp manufacturer’s warranty claims.

JAFtech shall, upon prompt written notice from the Purchaser, correct such non-conformity by repair or replacement at the option of JAFtech Manufacturing Ltd.

This warranty excludes any liability for labor to remove or reinstall the products. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of JAFtech Manufacturing Ltd. with respect to the quality of the products.

Under no circumstances shall JAFtech Manufacturing Ltd. be liable to the Purchaser or to any other person for any indirect, special, consequential or incidental losses or damages, including without limitation, damage to or loss of use of any equipment, lost sales or profits, or delay or failure to perform this warranty option. As used herein, the term "person" shall include, without limitation, any individual, sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation or entity.

Return Policy: JAFtech Stock Product may be returned at your expense; in original condition complete with shipping packaging within 1 year of invoice date provided it is accompanied by an RMA issued by JAFtech Manufacturing Ltd and original invoice documentation. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Custom orders are not returnable.

JAFtech Manufacturing (“JAFtech”) warrants that it’s SAMSUNG LED Technologies (collectively, “Products”) will be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of manufacture by Samsung for the following periods:

This warranty is further conditioned upon proper storage, installation, use and maintenance. This warranty is not applicable to any Product which is not installed and operated in accordance with the National Electric Code (NEC), the Standards for Safety of Underwriters’ Laboratory, Inc. (UL), or, in Canada, the Standards for Safety of Underwriters’ Laboratory, Inc. (CUL), and with JAFtech and SAMSUNG LED Technologies instructions and guidelines for the Product. This warranty does not apply to damage or failure to perform arising from abuse, misuse, abnormal stresses and operating conditions, lightning, electrical surges or acts of God.

This warranty only flows to the original purchaser or first end-user purchaser. If a Product covered by this warranty fails to conform to this warranty and is returned by purchaser in accordance with JAFtech and SAMSUNG LED Technologies published Warranty Service Program during the warranty period, JAFtech will, at its option, either repair or replace the Product or the non-conforming part thereof, or reimburse the purchaser for the purchase price of the specific Product. For purposes of clarity, “repair or replace the Product or the non-conforming part thereof” does not include any removal or reinstallation costs or expenses, including without limitation labor costs or expenses. If JAFtech chooses to replace the Product and is not able to do so because it has been discontinued or is not available, JAFtech may replace it with a comparable product.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMIEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ALL WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTIABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OR TRADE. Purchaser’s exclusive remedy, and JAFtech’s sole liability, for any nonconformity or defect in any Product shall be only those explicitly set forth herein.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: JAFtech will not under any circumstances whether as a result of breach of contract, breach of warranty, tort, strict liability or otherwise be liable for consequential, incidental, special or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits or revenues, loss of use of the Product or any other goods or associated equipment or damage to any associated equipment, cost of capital, cost of substitute products, facility of services, down time cost, or claims of claimant’s customers. JAFtech’s liability on any claim of any kind for any loss or damage arising out of, resulting from or concerning any aspect of this warranty or from the product or services furnished hereunder shall not exceed the price of the specific Product which gives rise to the claim.
